  Have been having santa photos taken every year, this year I was informed I'd get them before Xmas if I collected rather then having them posted. I was told they'd call me when they were ready to collect which would take about a week. After almost two weeks I decided to call and see where they were up to other then wait until it was too late if whatever reason they may have mixed up or something. I called Rob Lacey's rooms only to ask politely if the lady may be able to help with letting me know where they were up to with my photos as I had not heard from anyone yet. She then raised her voice In an angry way to say "we don't call anyone you just go collect them" to which my reply was to ask where from! I was then treated dumbly like I should have known but I had no idea as this was my first year not having them posted! After telling this lady that she'd basically offended me and that there was no need to treat me as she did as it isn't good for customer service!!! She went on to tell me about how she's been up all night and was really tired, only in the next breath to say she's been told she has a very abrupt voice. I'm sorry but I wasn't rude at all nor did I deserve this treatment because she was tired and grumpy! Where's the customer service?? Extremely dissapointed, you've lost my business.
